Negru de Dragasani 2008

Appearance: clear, intense ruby-red, bright with violet reflexes 

Nose: intense, black cherry and forest fruit aromas, traces of spices. 

Palate: full, strong and balanced, with round tannins, with fruity notes and a persistent finish. 

The optimum drinking temperature is of 15 ºC. It may be served with cold cuts, read meat dishes, small venison, traditional meat based Romanian dishes or fresh cheeses.

The wine may be aged in bottles (3-4 years) thus acquiring a more velvety structure and a more complex bouquet.
