The first Viognier grapes produced at Scurta Vineyards from a superb vintage, have been carefully selected, gently crushed and then slowly fermented in small French oak barrels, to add complexity and finesse to the lively but soft tropical fruit. A small quantity of unoaked Chardonnay has been blended in to add acidity and freshness.Slowly fermented in small French oak barrels, Viognier adds complexity and finesse to the soft tropical fruit aromas; Chardonnay brings freshness.
