Hyperion Cabernet Sauvignon 2006

This Romanian Cabernet, born from Clone no7 (with late ripening), produces small and compact grape bunches, with tick skin, full of polyphenols and tannins. This Cabernet Sauvignon shows a strong expression of both, character and "terroir 's" . Fermented in vertical stainless steel tanks, matured for 12 months in new American oak barriques and 12 month aged in bottles.

Limited edition of 12,800 bottles, individual numbered.


Its intense nose shows blackberry and prunes notes, together with vanilla, spices and hints of mint that offer it an open expression and a particular richness. The wine will continue to grow in the next 5-7 years if will be kept in proper conditions.
