Merlot Cherry Tree Hill 2003

Attractive by its black-cherry color and the various, intense aromas of ripe fruits and marmalade (prunes and blueberries), that cover the scent of truffles and laurel leaves. The palate receives rich, generous nuances, of excellent sweet tannins that open up to release a full fruity scent. When the wine reaches the room temperature, it releases a scent of leather and vanilla that evolves onto a long, sensual, persistent finish. This is the perfect garnish for sausages and all types of meat: beef, lamb and especially wild duck.
